The Houston Ground Angels are grateful for the sacrifices our United States military Veterans have made on our behalf. Over the years we have had the privilege of driving many US Veterans to medical treatment, and quite a few of our volunteers have previously served in our armed forces. We hope the following resources can be helpful for you or a loved one.

Volunteer Transportation Network (VTN) – Volunteers provide van rides to Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, for ambulatory Veterans in Harris, Beaumont, Waller, Brazoria, and Tyler counties. For more information contact the “VA Center for Development and Civic Engagement” at 713-794-7135 or visit the VA Transportation for Veterans page.

LOCAL means a Houston resident that needs to get to or from their treatment clinic or hospital

NOTE: The Amtrak train station and Downtown (Bus) TRANSIT Center are also on our AIRPORT drop and pick up list..
