You must enter the first and last name of
the patient exactly as we have it in our files. (no nick names allowed).
Under the Leg number you will see the words:
Open = Mission is still open waiting to be taken.
Taken = The mission has been taken and you should receive a call from the volunteer sometime before the actual pickup date.
