Houston Ground Angels was granted tax exempt status by the IRS on November 22, 2005 and is classified as a “Public Charity”.

Since then, all requirements for maintaining tax exempt status have been and continue to be met.

Under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, all contributions, bequests and donations made to the Houston Ground Angels are tax deductible.
